Our cleaning methods adhere to the guidelines set out by the National Environment Agency (NEA) and we employ disinfectants that offer surface protection up to 30 days, against bacteria, viruses, mould and fungi - We can prove it!
Test reports and on-site ATP tests for residual organic matter can also be offered to verify the effectiveness of the disinfection.
How We Disinfect
Routine liquid disinfectants work when the surface is wet. Once the disinfectant is dried, it no longer kills pathogens.
In many cases, this occurs within 1-2 hours and the surface are contaminated to the same levels as prior to disinfection.
Apart from thorough cleaning and wiping down of frequently touched surfaces such as door knobs, railings, lift buttons etc, we perform cold fogging to apply a protective antimicrobial barrier on surfaces that are even beyond normal reach.
Disinfectant that we use works even when it is dry as it adheres and bonds with the surface to form a antimicrobial protective layer that continues to kill microorganisms like H1N1 influenza virus and the Human Coronavirus, amongst other viruses and bacteria, for up to 30 days.
